How long will my order take to be delivered?
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 13 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Where is the item coming from?
Some of our products are shipped locally within the US, and some of them are from our international warehouses via secured shipping and handing.

US orders will be shipped with either USPS, DHL, or FedEx, and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship internationally to all major countries and all orders are entitled for Free Shipping without any minimum purchase.

How can I track my order? 
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the e-mail provided once your orders is dispatched. If you're not able to track with the tracking number provided, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@whatsuphome.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Why am I not able to track my order?
Please note that tracking information will only be displayed after it's synced and updated successfully to the system. Please give it some time and track again later.
